Experienced pediatric therapy professionals

Collaborative care guided by decades of combined pediatric experience

Hello, nice to meet you...

Meagan W. Pasquini, OTR, MOT

Meagan W. Pasquini, OTR, MOT

Meagan W. Pasquini, OTR, MOT

My journey to becoming an occupational therapist began with volunteering at a summer camp for children with special needs. Helping children participate in fun and meaningful activities inspired me. I went on to study at The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2014, I received my Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University, as Meagan Wisniewski, my maiden name.

After years of working as a pediatric occupational therapist, I learned to never underestimate any child's potential. Playing on a child’s level, using creative activities, and forming relationships with  families are keys to my approach. I’m passionate about helping children and families make progress towards their goals.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Outside of work. I love trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. I'm also enjoying being a Mom of two sweet girls.

Waverly Kosinski is a passionate pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to helping children reach their full potential in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology for Human Movement from Louisiana State University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Waverly has experience in treating patients of all ages including children in acute rehabilitation, in-hospital (PICU and Acute Care), and outpatient settings. Waverly worked at Texas Children’s Hospital for multiple years on the inpatient (PICU and acute care) and outpatient units where she was able to combine her love of pediatrics with the medical complexity of the hospital setting. Waverly has experience treating patients with an array of medical needs, including developmental delays, autism, neuromuscular disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, feeding and oral motor difficulties in medically complex patients recovering in the ICU/acute care and outpatient settings.

Waverly believes in the power of play and creativity, using engaging, personalized strategies to assist children in developing essential skills for everyday life. Whether it’s fine motor skills, sensory processing, or improving coordination, Waverly is committed to fostering independence and confidence in her young clients. Her holistic approach is deeply rooted in building strong relationships with both children and their families. By understanding the unique needs and strengths of each child, Waverly creates tailored therapy plans that are not only effective but also enjoyable.

Waverly was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, but raised in Houston for most of her life. When she’s not working, Waverly loves spending time going to new restaurants as well as outdoors with her husband, son, and her 2 dogs. Her passions include horseback riding (hippotherapy), traveling, and reading.

Alison is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with a passion for helping children learn and feel confident in what they do every day. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing at Western Washington University and then pursued her Master of Arts and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, graduating in 2019. Alison strongly believes therapy should be fun, engaging, and centered around each child’s unique personality and strengths.

As a pediatric occupational therapist for over 6 years, Alison has experience working with children from 6 months to 25 years across a variety of settings. She holds a basic certification in DIRFloortime ®, a developmental therapeutic approach that emphasizes parent involvement and child-led interactions to improve social and emotional development.

Alison moved from her hometown, Seattle, WA, to Houston, TX in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going on nature walks, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat. She looks forward to meeting you!
