Occupational Therapy helps children and adolescents improve daily life skills and participation.
Often using a play-based approach, occupational therapy targets skills for everyday functioning, including (but not limited to) getting dressed, interacting with peers, and participating in school activities.
Yes, there is immediate availability for appointments. Appointment times are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
Kidvancement offers in-clinic therapy services in the Memorial area. Parents are welcome to observe and participate in sessions.
Kidvancement is in-network with BCBS. For additional insurances, clients may use out-of-network coverage or private pay. Documentation for parents to submit to insurance for reimbursement can be provided on request. Please check with your insurance to learn more about reimbursement options.
Occupational therapy treatment sessions are typically provided 1-2 times per week for 50 minute sessions.
Following the evaluation, your occupational therapist will recommend a frequency of intervention, based on your child’s and family’s needs.
Kidvancement aims to provide high-quality, very personalized services in a welcoming environment. Parents are welcome in the sessions.
